F7A Hornet Mk II

The Anvil F7A Hornet Mk II, introduced in 2944, is the United Empire of Earth Navy's current baseline space superiority fighter; heir to a century-and-longer tradition forged by the original F7A Hornet Mk I. Hornets are primarily deployed on carriers and are used for a variety of missions including combat air patrol, interception, ground attack, reconnaissance in force, escort and strike operations. Originally only available to the UEE Military, it has been made available to Civilians through the Civilian Defense Forces Overdrive Initiative in 2954. Like the previous series before it, the Mk II Hornet has spawned a series of civilian adaptations.
